MEMBERSHIP
INFORMATION Miami View Golf Club is always looking for new members to join our
fine golf club. Once you visit Miami View you will see a unique club in the
Greater Cincinnati area. We have a beautiful and challenging course without all
the other amenities associated with a “country club.”
You will note that the members are smiling because they don’t have to
pay for a swimming pool, tennis courts, or a fine dining facility. Our members
join to play golf, eat in our newly renovated grillroom and associate with their
fellow members. You will also see golfers on the course riding in a cart, carrying
their own clubs as they walk the course, pulling or pushing a golf cart, or some
using electric walk behind golf carts. You
choose how you want to play the course on a particular day.
With five (5) sets of tees, and our new ‘combo’ tees, the course can
be played and enjoyed by players of all ages and handicaps.
Miami View has spent over $500,000 in the last 6 years to upgrade
our course, without any assessment to the members.
Cart paths have been installed on all 18 holes, new tees have been added,
grillroom renovated, the covered deck was added to the porch, and recently a
tree removal and restoration program has been instituted.
In 2009 we opened one of the finest & most beautiful practice ranges
in the area. We have one full acre
of teeing area & 7 acres of landing area. This
range is getting a lot of use and enhances our Miami View value. Miami View is convenient to any part of Cincinnati or Northern
Kentucky due to our proximity to I-74, I-275 and the Ronald Reagan Highway.
Kenwood, Anderson Township, Northern Kentucky & West Chester are all
about 20-25 minutes to Miami View depending on traffic.
Kentucky members take I-75 to I-74 or I-275 to I-74 and are on the course
in 20-25 minutes. What does it cost to join our fine club?
Initiation fee is $3,000 that includes a $1,000 refundable deposit. The
initiation fee can be made in 2 payments, half at acceptance and the balance in 1 year.
Yearly dues cost about $2,500. There
are currently no assessments for course improvements. That
is it. No restaurant minimum to pay
or other hidden charges such as a “walking fee” or a yearly cart fee. Miami
View offers the best golf value in the greater Cincinnati area.
The club was founded in 1960 as a golf course to be enjoyed at an affordable cost to the average
family. That principle is
still true today. Due to our outstanding golf value, Miami View Golf Club enjoys a
waiting list. While on our Wait List
you are provided with 3 Free-Play Passes. All
you have to do is Show Up, Sign In, and Tee Off.
You can bring 3 guests who will pay normal guest and cart fees (in other
words, you don’t have to play with a Member).
In addition, while you are on our Wait List there are several social
events you are welcome to attend. Watch
